Now that Halloween sits in the review mirror, companies everywhere are revealing their holiday items. And that includes Dunkin'! Read on to find out what Dunkin' Donuts plans on serving up this holiday season - all in festive cups, no less!
New Holiday Menu at Dunkin’
According to Dunkin’ Donuts, the holidays arrived on November 3. While temperatures might still be hitting 70 degrees in many places across the United States, the chain has released its holiday menu. They released their menu and cups before Starbucks did - that's right! Now, Dunkin' Donuts fans can try a host of new beverage and treats designed specifically for the winter season. So, what did the company prepare for winter lovers? For drinks, coffee lovers can now pick up the delicious sounding Toasted White Chocolate Signature Latte, as well as the Peppermint Mocha Signature Latte.
Dunkin' Donuts has also released a new Holiday Blend Coffee, for those who want a less sweet option."Holiday Blend is a bright medium roast blend made using quality Colombian and Ethiopian coffee beans," the company explained in a press release. "It makes a special cup of coffee inspired by classic holiday desserts from different cultures around the world like gingerbread, fruitcake, and warm molasses pie with its flavor notes of sweet molasses and dried fruit that’s made to spark your spirit."
Of course, you can pick up these new drinks in brand-new cups as well as limited-edition food items...
A Festive Sugar Rush
Dunkin' Donuts holiday season items do not end at drinks. The company also released new seasonal cups that include holiday icons like candy canes, presents, Christmas lights, and snowglobes, as you can see above. “Dunkin’ guests can sip on their seasonal beverage in the new festive cups for a limited time, featuring the holiday’s simple, perfectly imperfect joys – candy crumbs, tangled lights, peeking at gifts, or just shaking up the logo – to embrace the pure enjoyment of the little holiday moments with the people that matter most," the chain said in its holiday press release.
In addition to new drinks, and new cups to drink them in, Dunkin' Donuts also has some new food items planned for the season. Love holiday flavors? You need to try the limited-edition Cranberry Orange Muffin, which features real orange and cranberries inside. Meanwhile, on top, the muffin has a nice, crunchy sugar crumb topping. Meanwhile, the brand also has new "Pancake Minis" which are exactly what the sound like: mini pancakes, perfect for dipping in the maple syrup that comes along with it.
Through it all, Dunkin' Donuts has not forgot about the true reason for the season: throughout the holiday seasons, those who order coffee or treats from a location can also donate $1 to the Dunkin’ Joy in Childhood Foundation. What a fantastic idea!
